MAHIMA MATHUR'S SOME POINTS REGARDING IBPS PO2 WAITING LIST
MAHIMA MATHUR'S SOME POINTS :
1.When already there is a pool of qualified candidates ,why recruit from new process ?
Why did IBPS qualify so many candidates when they only had to recruit only half of them? Also why is IBPS not thinking about the candidates who have been qualified this year and who might not be able to sit for examination next year due to new eligibility like age and percentage of marks.Even after leaving low scorers aside still a lot of worthy candidates are waiting.
2.If there are no additional vacancies then why are banks like IOB and BOB hiring individually this financial year itself?
Why are BOB, Andhra bank and IOB hiring from different individual exams if they don’t have any vacancies? It is clearly written in IBPS official mails that any vacancies arising will be filled from existing candidates. Why is our scorecard valid till March 2014 if IBPS has no intention to recruit with it? It is a total deception towards candidates who have to appear over and over again in spite of having valid scorecards for allotment. Also what is the need for IBPS if banks anyway are conducting recruitment by themselves? Either banks should do recruitment through IBPS or individually. Why cheat candidates like this??
3.Why were we made to wait and not told that there will be no further rounds as by news link above after repeatedly asking IBPS?
Even after repeated calls and mails to IBPS, they kept students waiting and issued a notification saying no prediction is possible. Now IBPS is saying they will conduct PO 3.Why then we were not even given atleast a cut off for waiting? So many students are waiting for further rounds and new exams are being conducted .Who is responsible for the future of so many candidates who scored good and were made to wait in absence of any concrete information?
4.What is the worthiness of common process if 50 % qualified candidates are without jobs and new exams are being held???
Why should we have faith in this process which has so many discrepancies and when so many candidates have wasted their time and effort. Is this not playing with the future of so many candidates?Lets not talk about low scorers but aren’t high scorers worthy enough?
5.Why is IBPS wasting countries precious funds and manpower by conducting such a tedious process?
As a citizen of the country I feel such lavish spending on the entire process in terms of money , time and manpower a wastage when a qualified pool already exists.Being a responsible citizen I wince on the plight of my fellow candidates and on spending so much when our country needs to streamline processes. IBPS should work in a more planned way in terms of qualifying candidates and informing them.
LASTLY,We ,the youth of India, are in agony and feel extremely cheated by the whole process.
